Unleashing Innovation in Food Development: Math Innova
At Mathiesen, we firmly believe in innovation as the driving force behind progress in the food industry. With this in mind, we launched the Math Innova cycles in February, a space where our developments come to life.
It was a breakfast tasting event with the entire internal product development and applications team of Mathiesen Food Argentina, where some of our latest developments were presented:
- Non-alcoholic beverages, with natural extracts and sweetened with stevia Rebatén 60
- Chocolates with natural flavors and dehydrated fruits from Duas Rodas
- Empanada dough, sliced bread and country bread without TACC, with products from the Matharch line, manufactured in our production plant in Argentina, to achieve differentiated textures in this type of products.
