Construction of an industrial roof in the Antioquia department, replacement of roofs in Asbestos cement in a private sector company dedicated to the commercialization of vehicles. Based on the idea of renovation and change of the old tiles in asbestos cement was made the replacement of Its roofs, installing 2000 m2 of 2.5 mm white thermoacoustic tile of extra Forte, this product allowed to maintain the existing structure of tubular truss with spacing between belts of 1.70 m, without carrying out structural reinforcement for the replacement of these covers.
Problems solved
- Generate a greater lightness structure with a lightweight material that avoids over costs in metallic structure.
- Provide acoustic and thermal comfort to the interior of the structure.
- Install a 100% ecological product, without any danger to the human body.
