Post-Congress Reflections: New Water Sources for Chile

We participated in the first International Congress “New Water Sources for Chile”, organized by the Chilean Desalination and Reuse Association (ACADES). This meeting, held on March 21st, focused on addressing one of the most critical challenges of our era: water scarcity.

At Grupo Mathiesen, we are committed to sustainability and innovation in water management. Our active participation in the congress allowed us to not only showcase our advanced chemical solutions for water treatment and process solutions, which include corrosion control, preventing deposition and scaling, controlling microbiological growth, optimizing solid/liquid separation and the supply of consumables, but also to highlight our strategic agreements and collaboration with Hydranautics in terms of reverse osmosis membranes and with Genesys with its product lines for reverse osmosis.

The event was a meeting point for more than 500 attendees, both national and international, linked to the water industry, becoming a privileged space for the exchange of knowledge and experiences. The opportunity to connect with professionals from diverse fields and discuss solutions to water scarcity was immensely enriching.

We thank ACADES for the initiative and congratulate all the participants for their commitment to creating a more sustainable future.
