In collaboration with the Federico Santa María Technical University and the National Copper Corporation CODELCO, we presented a study titled “Enhancement in Fines Recovery in CODELCO’s Rougher Circuit through Hydrophobized Microsphere Carriers.” This groundbreaking study highlights our contributions to sustainable management and improvement in the recovery of copper and silver fines in the CODELCO circuit.

In this study, we explored how the use of hydrophobized microspheres can significantly improve fines recovery in CODELCO’s Rougher circuit. Our research demonstrated that this innovative technology increases efficiency in the recovery of valuable minerals, resulting in significant economic benefits and reduced environmental impact.
